Story Behind Motif

Jugal is an Indian origin word, which means “Couple” in Hindi and also “Connected” in Sanskrit, perfectly mirroring the bond shared between the couple shown in the motif.

The motif painted on the jar is inspired by a tribal wedding where two families get together and start a new relationship.
