The following terms and conditions apply to the information and materials that Kayra Kraft LLP- Alokya makes available on its website, www.alokya.com (Terms of Service). If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you are not permitted to use www.alokya.com. Your use of the website represents your agreement to obey and be bound by these Terms of Service. Alokya retains the right to periodically modify these Terms of Service without prior notification.

In these Terms and Conditions, "you" or "your" refers to the website user, and “Alokya,” “www.alokya.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the website provider.


General Terms:

By accepting these Terms of Service, you certify that you are at least the legal age of majority in the state or province of your residence, or that you are the legal age of majority in your residential state or province and you have granted us permission to permit any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You are prohibited to use our products for any improper or unlawful purposes, and you are not allowed to break local laws by using our service (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You are not allowed to distribute any worms, viruses, or other disruptive code.

Your services will be immediately terminated if your actions are in violation of the Terms.


Shipping and Delivery:

We do not charge extra delivery fees for prepaid orders within India. COD orders for under INR 500 will incur a charge of INR 50. All COD orders above INR 500 are free of delivery charges.

For International orders standard shipping costs to the country will be applied separately.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from processing. You may expect a delivery time of 7-10 business days. 

If the delivery address is difficult to get to, the delivery time can exceed our estimate from before. We may call or email you at the phone number or email address you supplied to ask for confirmation of the delivery address.

Alokya is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the Courier Company, Speed Post, or any events out of its control. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and within the window of time indicated in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is impossible due to circumstances beyond Alokya’s control, such as but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or a Force Majeure Event, we shall notify you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.


Return/Refund/Exchange:

We can only return, refund, or exchange your product if it satisfies the following conditions:-

  • You received a damaged product
  • The art form/design received was different than the order placed 
  • You received the wrong size/wrong product
  • The returned product is unused and passes our quality inspection

Once the quality inspection satisfies our conditions, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your orders before they are dispatched from our location, which takes 2-3 business days.


Currency Transactions:

Indian Rupee (INR) is the only accepted currency for transactions for our website.


Customer Service Policy:

Care Instructions:

We take no responsibility for any damage or flaws in the design or quality of the goods if they result from incorrect, careless use or a neglect of the care instructions supplied. 


Jurisdiction:

The laws of India shall govern these Terms of Service and any other agreements by which we supply you Services and will be followed in its interpretation.


Limitation and Liability:

Alokya provides no guarantees as to the continuity or error-free functioning of this website, the correction of any flaws, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components on this site or the server that hosts it due to the unreliable nature of technology and the internet. You, as a visitor and user of our website, are solely responsible for any maintenance expenses for any equipment you use to access and use our website. You acknowledge that your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice and that you use it at your own risk as a visitor and user. Alokya shall not hold any responsibility for any damages you incur while accessing or attempt to access this website.


Inaccuracies:

We make a point of always providing the most up-to-date, dependable, and correct information on our website. However, there may be times when part of the data presented on www.alokya.com is inaccurate, incomplete, or contains typographical mistakes. Any errors are completely accidental, and we sincerely regret if inaccurate information appears in product prices, item availability, or otherwise has an impact on your specific order. Please be advised that we provide no express or implied warranties about the authenticity of our content and provide it "as is." Without giving previous warning, we reserve the right to correct typos or update product information at any time. Alokya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an inaccurate price on www.alokya.com due to photographic error or typographical error. Regardless of whether the transaction has been confirmed and your credit card/debit card/bank account/UPI account has been charged, Alokya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card/bank account/UPI account has already been charged for the purchase, Alokya will credit your account in the same amount.


Indemnity:

You acknowledge that Alokya and their service providers (officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers) are not liable for any losses, expenses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) due to any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your virtual account.


Correspondence:

Despite our best efforts to respond as soon as possible to emails that are pertinent, Alokya is not obligated to answer all emails sent to or from this website, to keep the content of your submissions confidential, or to compensate you in any way for your contributions.
