Refund policy

We can only return, refund, or exchange your product if it satisfies the following conditions:-

  • You received a damaged product
  • The art form/design received was different than the order placed 
  • You received the wrong size/wrong product
  • The returned product is unused and passes our quality inspection

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your orders before they are dispatched from our location, which takes 2-3 business days.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item passes our quality check, a store credit (discount code) of the full amount will be issued within 5 business days.
This credit can be conveniently used for any future purchase on our website.

For cancelled orders (before dispatch), a store credit of the full order value will also be issued.
